Tournament format
- Five participating bowlers per team
- Team rosters may include up to eight bowlers
- Three regular games followed by four Baker games on the same lanes
- State Sectional Tournament oil pattern from 2025 or 2026, if available

Team entries are first come, first served until the 30-team field reaches capacity.

Tournament schedule
Teams can arrive when doors open and should complete check-in before the coaches meeting begins.

Awards
- Medals for the top five bowlers overall
- A trophy and medals for the first-place team
- A trophy for the second-place team
Mail your team entry
Submit a separate entry form for each team.
Make checks payable to Olentangy High School. Only paid entries will be accepted.
A school-issued purchase order submitted with the entry form can reserve a team's spot. Actual payment must be received on or before Tuesday, January 12, 2027 to secure the spot.
